America's Wild Horse Problem

Description
With news of the U.S. Forest Service culling cattle in the Gila National Forest last month, I felt it was a good time to provide information on the Wild Horse and Burro problem in America. The population of Wild Horses and Burros has climbed North of 82,000 in the last year and current management strategies are not capable of achieving the appropriate management level "AML" of around 26,000.
