Hello everyone! 


In this episode, I want to explore how by creating art, we can reach a state of deep relaxation and feel a boost of positive energy


A lot of artists have confirmed that creating art can be a deeply meditative process, but what about people who are not art experts? Is this possible? And if so, how to get there?  


Luckily I had the pleasure to meet Dolphin Yip, who is the founder  of Art of Dove, a studio that explores art and meditation at the same time. Meditative Art Studio is a unique concept which works with various clients on improving their mental and physical state.


Dolphin shared how her depression disappeared, hip dislocation self-healed, and her clients started to feel happy again. Finally, can you create art without using your eyes? Dolphin tells us about the meaning of her work as an artist.
