Another outbreak of avian influenza, or bird flu, on a commercial turkey farm has been confirmed by the Department of Agriculture.
The latest cases of the highly pathogenic H5N1 strain of the virus were detected in the flock on the farm near Kells, Co Meath. Speaking to Newstalk Breakfast was Sarah Hanley, Poultry Executive at the Irish Farmers Association.
