OMG! This is so spot on, I had my first anxiety attack in my mid 40s not knowing why, and soon we figured out that it was related to my realization that I had to tell my husband of 17 years that I thought we needed to get divorced. Hardest day of my life, married my best friend and thought it would be enough turns out it’s not. I thought I was having a heart attack! I so appreciate your (both of you) honesty & vulnerability. As a type A, extroverted introvert I totally get it! 🙌🏼

Thank you both for being so real and vulnerable on this episode! I know we all deal with issues in life, but I still want to say to Brooke that I'm so sorry that you're dealing with so much stress and pain this year in particular! I love listening to you both talk about the things we all think about, whether or not we have a trusted BFF to share it with at that moment. Keep up the authenticity!
