The Motivating Architect started off as a way to help recent professionals and students. Because of this, I felt it was necessary to speak to a couple things that are extremely important.

Depression and Anxiety. Sure we hear about this all the time and you will hear people mention a million ways to help get rid of it.

But that is the problem! There is no reason to look to get rid of these emotions. These feelings are no different than feeling happy or joyful. What is seriously needed is to learn to accept these feelings and manage them!

Tune into todays podcast to learn about how I got through some of the most depressive and anxiety provoking moments in graduate school and how I learned, only recently, how to manage similar situations.
