In this episode, I talk to Arūnė Metelytė, who is the founder and manager of the GovTech Lab Lithuania. Arūnė gives an insight into her journey from studying politics and international relations in the UK to founding the GovTech Lab Lithuania, which is part Lithuania's Agency for Science, Innovation and Technology. She sheds some light on the functioning of the lab and the approaches that are used to transform public services through technology in Lithuania. Moreover, she gives some insights and views on the European GovTech ecosystem.
