Burnout is on the rise everywhere, but the way we live is making it harder to identify & handle. If you feel drained, emotionally exhausted & like you don’t have anything left in the tank then you may well be experiencing it.

Dr Michelle Woolhouse has been there. She’s a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine and the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine.

But she’s also been completely burnt out & she’s written a book about it. It’s called The Wonder Within - it explains the physical effects of burnout & some simple things we can all be doing to recover.

This week she talks us through identifying burn-out & recovering from it.
