What moves the needle on your business? What actually brings in the money? Is it your marketing? Is it the ability to close? 
When you are evaluating what is bringing in the revenue - you've got to ensure you've got your finger on the pulse.

No you don't have to do it all yourself BUT you do have to be the visionary and director of the content that's being created. You have to be the director of the messaging that is being put out.
