The leaves are changing, the holidays are approaching, and Thanksgiving is just around the corner. Right now is the perfect time to reflect on what you’re thankful for. That said, I would also encourage you to reflect on the trials you’ve faced this year and those you anticipate moving forward.

And as you consider these challenges, don’t allow the opinions of those who would say you can’t overcome them drag you down. Prove naysayers wrong. Don’t let past obstacles deter you from future successes.

Also, while you strive to improve your own lives, do the same for those around you. Make someone’s day whenever you have the chance. Your continued support has certainly been a positive force in my life, and today I’d like to challenge you to continue spreading positivity wherever and however you can.

There is so much hostility and negativity pervading our current culture. Let this holiday season be a reminder that we are all humans. Whatever differences we may have, we should all strive to build one another up.
