Hospitals are killing people out of greed. They know that Remdesivir is a poison to more than 50% of the population, that's why it is no longer used for malaria in third world countries. But Fauci made a protocol that says we need to use in in hospitals in the US. People are dying in huge numbers, yes the vast majority of the numbers you have seen as results from covid are from Remdesivir.
