This is the first episode of a mini series that I am doing along with friends to discuss the trials and tribulations we deal with in our careers and jobs as black men/women - People of color. This episode gives you my perspective, speaking on the many microaggressions that I faced. I give a little context how how it was working in a company where I was the minority. I also speak on thr inner thought' and how I would have to constently check myself on my appearance, attitude, hair and how I carried myself; making sure I don't come off as a negative stereotype.
