Auburns Kevin Overton and Keyshawn Hall led the Tigers to a 83-73 victory over North Carolina State in the ACC-SEC Challenge, marking their 65th consecutive home win against non-conference opponents. Despite a 12-point deficit, North Carolina State took the lead with a 13-0 run, but Auburn quickly regained control. Overton scored a career-high 29 points, while Hall added 28, with both players grabbing 9 rebounds. Auburn shot 59% from the field and 55% from beyond the arc, but struggled with 20 turnovers, 13 in the first half. North Carolina States Quadir Copeland led with 22 points, followed by Tre Holloman with 16 and Darrion Williams with 11. Auburns Alex Golesh, the new football coach, was introduced to a loud cheer.
