Australian Kids' Sunscreen Recalled for Safety Concerns
Update: 2025-12-04
Description
Australian sunscreen brand, Cancer Council Clear Zinc Kids SPF fifty plus, recalled due to safety concerns. The product separates, reducing its effectiveness and failing to provide adequate sun protection. The Therapeutic Goods Administration issued an alert, warning that the affected sunscreen might show an uneven texture with visible water separating from the product. This separation means the sunscreen wont spread evenly on the skin, compromising its ability to protect against harmful UV rays. Parents are advised not to use the affected batches with expiration dates of August twenty twenty-seven, June twenty twenty-seven, and November twenty twenty-six, and to return them for a refund.
