Williams, who was born to a white mother and black father, explains why he now considers himself an "ex-black man" and how the birth of his daughter prompted this thinking. He shares how moving to France revealed differences in how Americans address races versus people in other parts of the world. Plus, Williams says that at-home DNA testing kits are a good way for people to unlearn the social construct of race.
