Meet Alyssa Miller-Nelson, founder and CEO of MASSAAH'G Bodywork and Coaching. Alyssa is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Neuromuscular Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Hypnotherapist who describes herself as "too woo for church," yet still, "too Jesus for Spirituality."

After healing from hypothyroidism, CPTSD, as well as a laundry list of other chronic health issues; Alyssa birthed MASSAAH'G Bodywork & Coaching to help guide spiritually exhausted Warriors from Fragmented Overwhelm into Integrated Radiance. She believes God dwells within us, and true healing is a restoration of who we were created to be:

A return to "I am that I am" in Jesus name.

Alyssa Miller-Nelson is a MASSAAH'G Engineer and Therapist who integrates mind, body, and spirit healing through evidence-based practice with spiritually focused and biblically rooted principles. As a Triple Split Splenic Projector with a 2/4 profile in Human Design, she operates from her splenic - intuitive - authority, specializing in helping faith-based leaders, entrepreneurs, caregivers, and creatives navigate burnout, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, thyroid, autoimmune challenges, AND spiritual exhaustion.

Her signature approach invites clients to journey through the Dark Waters of the MaTRx (the Matrix) awakening from the false reality and control systems that keep us disconnected from our divine and holy expression. 

Through her Sacred HEARTS MASSAAH'G Warrior Guide and Survival Kit, she travels with clients from SEED to CROWN through her 3 phase, 10 step membership model. The journey begins with being in the GROUND, the foundational client journey that moves through Seed, Root, Sprout, Bloom, and Fruit. From there, clients step onto the path of learning 'On the VINE;' transforming from Caterpillar to Chrysalis isolation. Finally, they rise into leadership within the Warrior HIVE, emerging as a fully transformed Butterfly, becoming the Nurturing Bee, and ultimately becoming ready to receive their Radiant Crown.

Alyssa's mission is simple yet profound: to help us Spirit-Warriors bridge the gap between Science and Faith. She emerges today to invite us to take the red pill and Un-Med ourselves with Natura-Phil, awakening ourselves to our fullest potential as God created.
