Description
DaveP is joined by Neil Sutton plus Mark & Dave Tovey in reviewing a game which saw City win three-in-a-row for the first time in nearly 2 years. It confirmed their best start to a season since 2020/21.
Not only did Armstrong score with the type of goal that could become his trademark but his all round contribution built upon the marked improvement shown in recent matches.
It was a defensive masterclass as City kept a clean sheet, their 5th this season. The goal was under siege for virtually all of the second half although Vitek did not have to make any saves of note
