Kārlis was active in participating in doings of PR Division of Riga Business School`s Student Union while pursuing his bachelor’s degree. His fellow students describe him as very enthusiastic and fully committed to self-improvement, with great leadership and managerial skills, as well as possessing an in-debt knowledge of marketing processes and visual identities. While pursuing his bachelor’s degree, Kārlis was active in the PR Division of Riga Business School’s Student Union. Currently, he helps teams define and validate ideas using a design sprint approach that is based on design thinking principles. As a trainer, he does design thinking training and seminars for public and private organizations.
