Today I want to share some of the worst habits a lot of us have, some I still slip into, that are detrimental to our life balance. Some of these are going to sound basic, but if it’s so simple, why do we still keep doing them? The first half relate to our physical health and the second half relate to our mental health. Woven in these are some that also cross over with relationships and work life which is always always underpinned by our health.
