A mental health advocate and content creator, he is the founder of Nobius Creative Studios and the host of Sanctum Podcast. In our conversation we discuss our childhoods and how they shape us, how Steven became a content creator and the point when it really became a job. Steven goes into the side of being a content creator that isn’t as visible to the general public, before discussing his journey of becoming a mental health advocate and how it began. We finish the episode with a conversation of how important it is for men to talk about mental health and how to be authentic to yourself.
