That leads us into some of the main themes of this episode - how the people you are with shape any experience, and how important it is to protect and surround yourself with the right kind of people, and the right kind of energy. Alexa extends that social media as well. As she says, our minds are like a sponge, soaking up information that leads us to believe certain things.
