We’re back! And to start off the new year we gave ourselves a gift and took an episode to talk about how much we love Benoit Blanc from the Knives Out movies. Benoit is a detective who was born from a collision between Rian Johnson’s goofy sense of humour and Daniel Craig’s desire to do the weirdest accent humanly possible. The result is a loveable genius and a queer fashion icon that captured the hearts of millions by solving murder mysteries and empowering the women he meets along the way. We take a look at his role in the movies while also trying to decipher his possible backstory.
