- In the story of Logan, the character breaks down what it felt like dealing with Internalized Homophobia. They discuss moments where they treated their friends, and sometimes themself negatively because of social standards. The energy that we receive from our community can influence us in different directions. So making sure that it is positive is important. 

- The journey is never easy, but these stories are here to show others that they are not alone in their intersectional experiences. We hope to continue fostering a deeper sense of belonging for our community and spreading more love with each story. 

Black & Queer @ The Table

- Black Women — that’s it. This week we’re celebrating another victory as Karine Jean-Pierre became the first Black, Queer woman to serve as spokesperson, leading a White House press briefing. She joins Judy Smith, the first Black, woman spokesperson in a congratulatory hug as they continue paving the way for others after them. 

- This was also followed up by Kristen Clarke becoming the first Black, woman to be Civil Rights Chief of the US Justice Department. So to reiterate: thank you Black Women for always being dope, amazing, talented, and inspirational. Our lives wouldn’t be the same without you.
