The Grosvenor Fish Bar is Norwich's Staple fish & chip shop, being around for over 90 years it's safe to say they have a bit of reputation that has grown way beyond the locals of Norwich.

Since taking a leap into a big refurbishment, they have taken this amazing business into the modern era, serving up a selection of funky wraps, awesome sandwiches and burgers as well the usual fish & chips that made them famous in the first place.

What I love about this place is that the management have really taken note of modern trends and had the courage to incorporate them into a very traditional English food business.

The courage has clearly paid off. As well as their a feature on the one show on the BBC, they regularly have queues out the door and have built a whole new market for themselves that spreads across all generations.

Today I talk to Duane, one half of the duo behind this awesome restaurant.
