Description
The Mage, Eyfre, prepares to leave Lakewall with a new crop of students headed to Iro to become students of The Mages Consortium. She is no stranger to traveling in the large caravans that travel between the settled areas of the continent, but doing it in comfort is something of an oddity for her. Her attempts to adjust are interrupted by an old - and odd - acquaintance, and she recounts a story filled with half truths.
