Following his passing, Janice bought a trailer and embarked on a solo road trip with her cat out to British Columbia, and, after finding a new sense of independence, returned home and discovered a new creative passion.
Blending her experience as a designer and artist with the craftsmanship of custom chocolate making, she launched her miniature chocolate edible art and has since exploded in the chocolate world, launching Clayton Creative Chocolates!
