Boy Crazy: Dr. James Gordon, The Center for Mind- Body Medicine
James S. Gordon, MD, author of The Transformation: Discovering Wholeness and Healing After Trauma, is a clinical professor of medicine at Georgetown University and the founder and executive director of The Center for Mind- Body Medicine (CMBM). Dr. Gordon has created the first comprehensive, evidence-based program for reversing the biological and psychological damage of trauma. He and his 160 international faculty at CMBM have brought this program to communities across the world.
In Dr. Gordon’s new book, The Transformation, he creates a healing partnership with readers and shares practical and accessible mind-body techniques for discovering and growing through the challenges of trauma to become who they're meant to be.
