I have this really bad, I wake myself up in the night sometimes from the noise of grinding. I wear a night guard now which helps. I have chipped my tooth in the night from grinding and they are noticeably ground down (to a dentist). I have even bitten and bruised my tongue and cheeks in the night and woken up with a sore mouth 😢
