Buffalo Shooter Live-Streamed Attack; How Platforms Reacted
A mass shooting in Buffalo, N.Y., on Saturday left 10 people dead and 3 others wounded. Nearly all the victims were Black, and authorities are investigating it as a racially motivated hate crime. The attack was broadcast live on the streaming service Twitch, before the service took it down less than two minutes later.
