John interviewed Sr Bride Counihan recently where she shared her story. She shared how she remembers of sitting in an office of an ice-cream company in Cork many years ago and wondering is this all there is in life?.

Bride shares her wonderful journey from working in SoutHill & Moyross to spend many years working in Brazil.
