Chimaira- The Impossibility of Reason is the second studio album by the American heavy metal band Chimaira, released on May 13, 2003. It is the first album to feature Matt DeVries on rhythm guitar. The album is a noted for its groove metal-oriented sound, especially when compared to the band's previous releases which were considered closer to the nu metal genre.[9] Upon release, it debuted No. 117 on the Billboard 200 charts. To date the album has sold around 200,000 copies in the US.

Reg ‘ol News
The Amusement Park- George A Romero’s lost film is getting turned into a graphic novel by Storm King Comics, and JOHN CARPENTER! Carpenter and Jeff Whitehead are writing the project, with artist Ryan Carr. June 10th.

Weapon Exile- The current Weapon X-Men story has evolved the character of Baron Wolfgang Von Strucker into a new villain. Issue 2 fully reveals the Wolverines of Mass Destruction (WMD) that Von Strucker has uploaded his consciousness into. Joe Casey has also revealed that this arc will see all of the other WMDs eliminated, and the last one standing will evolve into a more unique autonomous villain for the fan favorite X-Man. The proper Weapon Exile will be revealed in April for issue number 3.

Star Wars: Hyperspace Stories –Tides of Terror- Kit Fisto is returning to the universe far far away for a horror story. The new four-issue miniseries on Dark Horse — from writer George Mann (Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures – The Nameless Terror) and artist Luis Morocho (Marvel’s Voices: Community) — is a standalone story set on the never-before-seen planet Tordus, where Kit Fisto dives into an ocean “full of murky intrigue and ancient abyssal nightmares.”

Suggests
World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War by Max Brooks (2006)
Forget the movie (though it has its moments). The book is a masterpiece of speculative fiction. Presented as a collection of interviews documenting the global zombie apocalypse, it's incredibly well-researched and paints a chillingly plausible picture of how society, geopolitics, and the human spirit would react. It's gritty, intelligent, surprisingly moving, and feels disturbingly real. Essential zombie canon.
