Description
The epidemic of drunk driving skyrocketed over the last decade by more than 50% in the State of California. State data shows drivers with prior DUIs are involved in a majority of fatal and injury DUI crashes in California. The Fresno Fire Department is seeking information leading to the identification of those responsible for an arson fire that occurred in the early morning hours on Oct. 28th on the 4900 block of East Balch Ave.
