How trauma and addiction affects you and the people around you. Here's a little bit about what I've learned over the past few years dealing with a spouse who manipulated & hurt me through his addictions and how it impacted my life.

This video covers my spouse revealing more of the truth to me of the things he's done with other women behind my back and all of the pain I've experienced because of it. Through the pain I've experienced, I talk about how I'm learning to overcome the cheating, lies, gaslighting, and pain. I'm not perfect and have made my own mistakes through this process but I'm doing the best I can to share my experiences with you so I can heal and hopefully help you overcome your own struggles. 

This is my story. I’m sharing MY life, my heart, the hurts I’ve caused and what I experienced up until today. This is apart of my healing process and this experience has changed me for the better and what it's allowed me to become today. This isn't to make my spouse look bad but to simply share my testimony and what I've been through.
