Cardinals' Surprise Inactives for Week 17
Update: 2025-12-28
Description
The Arizona Cardinals have made some surprising moves for their Week seventeen game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Kicker Joshua Karty, recently signed, is inactive, leaving Chad Ryland as the kicker. Defensive lineman P.J. Mustipher, who had played in every game this season, is also inactive, opening the door for L.J. Collier and newly signed Zach Carter. Wide receiver Marvin Harrison Junior, initially questionable with a heel injury, is active. The full inactive list includes safety Budda Baker, cornerback KeiTrel Clark, cornerback Kalen King, tight end Pharaoh Brown, offensive lineman Evan Brown, Mustipher, and Karty. Center Hjalte Froholdt and safety Jalen Thompson, both initially questionable, are active. These changes should provide fresh legs on defense and keep their star receiver in the game.
