On November 13th, the Arizona Cardinals made significant roster adjustments due to injuries, particularly among their wide receivers. Zay Jones and Simi Fehoko were placed on injured reserve, ending or potentially ending their seasons. Andre Baccellia was promoted from the practice squad to the active roster.
