Carl Marshall is one the most beloved citizens in our small community. He has a heart of gold and always wearing a smile. Carl just recently got to make his lifelong dream come true by taking a trip to the beach in Destin Florida. Carl tells us of his trip to Florida as well as his love for the water and Christmas.
