La nit del 21 al 22 de juny del 2003 algú va entrar a la masia de Can Quintana, al parc natural del Montseny, i va torturar el masover, l'Angelet, per robar-li els diners que tenia amagats a la casa. Seguint la pista d'un cotxe estimbat a prop de la finca, els investigadors arriben fins a un sospitós. La policia sap que aquest home no va actuar sol. Té un còmplice. Del segon atacant, però, no n'hi ha ni rastre. Una petjada serà determinant per resoldre el cas.
