For me it's the lack of remorse he showed that should never grant him parole, ever. If it was really all a drug induced rage, he would've shown a little remorse. He's nothing but a damn psychopath who deserves to rot.
This world really needs Dexter Morgans
I can already see the comments on this one - but all the drugs in the world wouldn't have made Mitchell become the psychopath he is or make him "forget" why he killed them all...none of the substances turns you into someone void of all empathy or regret.
