The 911 call is brutal. Whitley is a bad person, but her crying and stuff sounds genuine. There are so many lies and changing stories there is something definitely not right. I can't wrap my head around the fact that they immediately thought to steal from him. The two of them should rot in jail.

I find it interesting that the 911 operator asked Dylan if Christian said he was going to commit suicide and he immediately answered no. You’d think he would have said he threatened it that same exact day. The deleted texts from Christians iPhone that proved Whitley was using it at the time Dylan was supposedly communicating with Christian is also concerning.

man. the 911 call. I feel terrible that now the family is listening to it over and over. I found myself thinking which family are you going to contact? yours? his? who showed up and cleaned up? and the photos being released. 🤢 I did recognize that this episode chose not to really get into the language that was revealed in the text history now that it's a available. my take was that it was probably suicide fundamentally. they did have an extremely volatile relationship. everyone knew it. cover up? yep. tampered with crime scene. definitely. lies. yes 100%. at this point for me it seems like there was some collusion and effort financially including Christian. people don't just give their friends their bank account info without cause. but the cheating on Whitleys part sent the whole thing into raging turmoil mixed with the set up and him recognizing he was getting taken for a fool on so many levels , stir in the shit storm of general unhappiness in life, friends, family, and love and tbh, I think he pulled the trigger.... the lies stem from the truths that they meant to take advantage of him financially. any attorney would tell them that revealing the "gimme" as well as giving him back the gun makes them complicit in the death and CULPABLE! its arrest time.

Seriously heads have to roll over the handling of the case file release, this is the biggest stuff up/cover up. Someome at the top has to get the chop. It's so shocking how far they are willing to go to not prosecute the right people in order to not look incompetent. They should be ashamed.

Christian's family, specifically his mom, are some of the strongest people I've ever heard. I just hope they get the answers and closure they've fought so hard for.

Has anyone toyed with the idea or investigated the possibility of drug smuggling on Christian's boat? Possibly bad cops being a part of it and that's why they are resisting this investigation.

how can they show the one occasion a person commits suicide with no blood splatter. it's a known fact that it rarely happens like that. The video they showed to the grand jury should of never been allowed it has nothing to do with the case and was used solely to push the narrative of suicide and sway the jury. how was this even allowed ?

My heart breaks for this woman, the mom, the fight she has in her for her son is amazing. I'm so sorry for her loss.
