Centerville beat Springfield 60-42 in a GWOC Central Division game at Springfield High on Friday night. The Wildcats’ tied the game at 26 early in the third quarter, but the Elks controlled the pace in the last 12 minutes of the game and made late foul shots to secure the win. Danny Davis led Springfield with 13 points, while Kyle Dodson and Eric Meininger scored 12 points each for Centerville.
