thank you for such valuable lessons. I have struggled with being stuck in a toxic situation/ relationship but I got myself out of it and I thought that was the last of it but, once again I find myself stuck in complacency, I feel shame and anxiety around new people or jobs, to the point that I'll make an excuse to get out of it. I feel I'm not capable of anything.
