Addison shares her initial decision-making process for choosing Butler, coming from Lindsborg, Kansas, in McPherson County. She talks about her desire for a personalized and small college atmosphere, which led her to Butler, where she felt an immediate connection. Addison recounts her college experience during the COVID-19 pandemic, highlighting the challenges and opportunities that the situation presented. 

She details her involvement in the theater department, transitioning from stage manager to sound technician. Addison also reflects on the support she received from her professors, Bernie Wonsettler and Bob Peterson, and her positive interactions with faculty members like Dr. Krull. She shares her experiences directing children's theater shows in her hometown and discusses the lasting impact these roles have had on her.
