Sauri had a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras and a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from MIT prior to joining IIM Ahmedabad. He has been a Product Manager at Qualcomm, an Associate Partner at McKinsey and is currently the head of R&D at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories.
