The parable of the persistent widow calls us to check our prayer posture. Are we praying like people who believe God hears and cares, or are we trying to hold on tight to our sense of control? Jesus' parable invites us to keep coming before our righteous Judge with humble confidence, trusting his timing, his heart, and his promises.
