Roy Kinsey is the Rapbrarian, a Chicago rapper and librarian who celebrates hip-hop as a literary art form through his new special library: The Rapbrary. After recently setting up the Rapbrary’s shelves in its first space, Kinsey emphasizes the power of storytelling as legacy — especially at a time when book bans are surging.
