Description
A 10-year-old Cleveland girl is accused of helping a 9-year-old boy lure and brutally rape a 5-year-old child in a field. The chief judge of Iowa’s largest judicial district is facing an operating while intoxicated charge after witnesses found her slumped over the wheel while driving the wrong way on a highway.
