In this episode, I'll be introducing you to the Gnostic view of the universe and salvation. There's a lot of confusion out there about the Gnostics - who they were, what they believed, and how they relate to the Christian faith. In this video, I explain how Gnosticism was declared heretical by the Vatican in its earliest days in order to protect the power base of the wider church - however, Abrahamic religions still retain much of the early Gnostic philosophy and theology. This has become increasingly relevant again in our current times.
