Ilyana Leon Toro is a business consultant and project management expert with over a decade of experience. She specialises in leadership, strategic business development, and effective communication. A lawyer by training, Ilyana has worked across various sectors, from law to business development, and more recently, led impactful projects at Synertium. She co-founded The Wave Factor, a Dominican Republic-based marketing agency serving local and international brands. Ilyana is driven by a commitment to innovation and collaboration, prioritising integrity and meaningful relationships.
