Description
In this 75-minute audio yoga class we focus on opening the hamstrings, balancing, engaging the core, and eventually, working into our peak pose, funky pyramid, a variation of pyramid pose (Parsvottanasana). This class is not for beginners; experienced practitioners only (level 2-3 class). Recorded live.
