LaFern Cusack speaks with Tito Rodriguez and HJ Chong, co-founders of the Local Hearts Foundation about Coach Louie Silva's call for help in saving Long Beach Pop Warner Football. The organization is in urgent need of equipment and donations. Tito was born and raised in Long Beach and found refuge on the football field. Making sure the football program survives is near and dear to HJ and Tito's hearts. They ask for your help in putting kids back on the field and away from gangs and drugs.
