Alan is a geographer through and through. A Yorkshireman who's spent more than half his life living in Norfolk and love its coastline and rolling countryside where he currently lives. A teacher and author with a house full of books. Alan’s wife is an art educator, and they have two kids who are both completing degrees at UEA. Alan is proud to work with Dan Raven Ellison, Helen Leigh and Tom Morgan Jones to produce ‘Mission: Explore’, and the award he has received from the Royal Scottish Geographical Society for his support of fellow colleagues.
